How to breathe new life into an existing community?

We thought of The Condominiums of Cornell as a community within a community. Think of it as a down-to-earth mid-rise: neither too small nor too big.

 

I used vibrant colours to achieve a contemporary look but ensured the creative would appeal to first time as well as down-size buyers.

This project included art direction of  

brochures, sales centre displays, out-of-home,

print, pre-roll, digital and social media advertising.
